1. PLEASE CALL AND/OR EMAIL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE COMING TO THE EMBASSY.

2. IF YOU ARE EARLY, PLEASE CALL AND WAIT OUTSIDE INSTEAD OF THE WAITING ROOM.

3. PLEASE WEAR A MASK BEFORE YOU ENTER THE EMBASSY.

4. WE WILL MEASURE YOUR TEMPERATURE AND ASK YOU SOME SCREENING QUESTIONS RELATING TO COVID-19 BEFORE YOU ENTER THE EMBASSY.

5. PLEASE USE A HAND SANITISER WHEN YOU ENTER THE EMBASSY.

6. SOCIAL DISTANCING IS IN EFFECT. PLEASE MAINTAIN A DISTANCE OF SIX FEET AT ALL TIMES.

NOTICE TO BATSWANA IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CANADA, MEXICO, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, BAHAMAS, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, HAITI, ANTIGUA & BARBUDA, BARBADOS, AND GRENADA.

Please be informed that the Embassy of Botswana in Washington D.C. continues to facilitate transit arrangements for Botswana citizens and returning residents who wish to travel back home through neighboring countries. The facilitation role is limited to provision of information, advise and support to Botswana citizens and returning residents. All costs of travel shall be borne by the travelers.
