  1. Form 15 - Application for Residence Permit
  2. Form 3 - Medical Report
  3. Letter of Support/Sponsorship Letter
  4. Certified copies of Supporter’s particulars, either
    • Omang
    • Residence Permit
    • Permanent Residence
    • Naturalization
  5. Letter from School stating the duration of the course
  6. Certified copy of Birth Certificate
  7. Certified copy of Passport
  8. Receipt of Payment of school fees (certified at School)
  9. Two passport size photos (not computer photos)
  10. Certification of Registration (certified) of School by BOTA (Certificate Level Courses) or TEC (Diploma and above)
  11. Covering letter from the applicant
  12. P500.00

Renewal

  1. From the list above, items 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10
  2. Original Residence Permit
  3. P250.00

Applicants are advised to confirm if institutions are registered with BOTA and TEC and further confirm with TEC and BOTA if the courses they want to study are accredited.
